DELIVERY

• Free delivery available within Malaysia with no minimum order (not applicable to "GrabExpress" or "same day delivery" orders).
• Free delivery available within Singapore for orders above RM500.
• All successful orders are processed within 24 hours.
• Our candles are made-to-order and handcrafted individually, please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be sent out.
• Your orders will be delivered by our trusted courier partner, DHL eCommerce.
• Tracking information will be provided once orders are ready to be sent out.
• Delivery time is usually within 2-4 business days in Malaysia and 3-7 business days in Singapore.
• Please expect some delay due to COVID-19 related restrictions and during festive/peak seasons.

PICK UP (within Klang Valley only)

• We can arrange pick up on behalf via GrabExpress or Lalamove.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• All products are meticulously crafted with stringent care and are well-inspected before they are packed and shipped out.
• Our courier partner have been advised to always handle our parcels with care.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, our home fragrance products are not returnable or exchangeable.
