All products are meticulously crafted with stringent care and are well-inspected before they are packed and shipped out.
Our courier partner have been advised to always handle our parcels with care.
For hygiene and safety reasons, our home fragrance products are not returnable or exchangeable. Kindly contact email@example.com or @lilyandsze if you have any issue with your item(s).
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of order placement and before payment is cleared by the payment service you've chosen. Any cancellation requested after this period shall be rejected.
We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your issue and let you know if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method . Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process, post and reflect the refund in your statement.
