Our courier partner have been advised to always handle our parcels with care.

For hygiene and safety reasons, our home fragrance products are not returnable or exchangeable. Kindly contact info@lilyandsze.com or @lilyandsze if you have any issue with your item(s).

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your issue and let you know if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process, post and reflect the refund in your statement.
